Paul Revere Lodge #130 College Scholarship Application

SCHOLARSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 

• 1.   This is intended for a four-year college program, Post graduate program, or a two-year Associates program, provided the applicant meets and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.

• 2.   The two-year or four-year calendar begins the date of enrollment of the applicants Freshman year. The Post graduate program begins at the time of enrollment.

• 3.   A minimum of a 3.0 grade point average, on a 4.0 system, is required for any science, technology, engineering, math or biology-based career plan, anything resulting in a Bachelor of Science (BS/BSc).  

 

              OR 

 

              A minimum of a 3.2 grade point average, based on a 4.0 system, is required for any art or language-based career               plan, anything resulting in a Bachelor of Arts (BA).

 

              Or a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average for a Post Graduate program.

 

              Official university published grades are required before any renewal payment will be made.  Applicant MUST                     submit grades before the beginning of the subsequent academic year.   

 

• 4.   A minimum number of credit hours per semester will be determined by the scholarship board whether the applicant is enrolled in part time or full time.

 

• 5.   This scholarship will be $1000 per scholastic year if the above minimum conditions are met. This scholarship is good for a maximum of four years and a maximum of $4000. 

 

• 6.   DEAL BREAKERS AND IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF SCHOLARSHIP 

  1. Arrest or incarceration. 

  2. Obvious illicit drug or alcohol abuse or dependency – includes social media shenanigans. 

  3. Gambling addiction.

  4. Withdrawing from or quitting your educational program. 

  5. Failure to meet GPA minimums.
